There has been claims of 15 people who have filed complaints within the past 2 weeks with the Better Business Bureau, that they smell glue and chemicals when they open Kylie's Royal Peach Eyeshadow Pallet .
The odour has been described by some customers as "spray paint " or "paint thinner". One claims that the pallet stunk so bad she put the whole package  outside her house.
There has been no report of drop in sales as a result of this claim,neither has the company  addressed the issue despite numerous complaints on social media.
